Celtic Solstice Five-Miler Preliminary Incomplete Results

697 Finishers, top 400 posted as of December 23, 2003 (there is a problem
with the date/time group formatting in Excel, bear with us as we endeavor to
reconstruct the results!)
For the men, Jesse Williams and Glen Mays treated the event as a training run
at tempo pace, neither willing to try to break the other and both realizing that
it would come down to the finishing kick on the last, fast, downhill
quarter-mile, and on this day Jesse prevailed.
Denise Knickman cruised along with RRCA Eastern Representative Mick Slonaker,
and won by not quite a minute over Pennsylvania's Connie Buckwalter, who is
still not quite up to form, but did take advantage of a Baltimore road trip to
do alot of last minute shopping for the holidays!
