The turn into the driveway is between Leesha Lee's, the Star Spa/Indulgence Salon and Sunnyfield's, right across from the animal hospital.

Shop hours are generally 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Monday through Thursday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Friday and Saturday, and 12:00 to 5:00 PM on Sundays. Hours may fluctuate from time to time depending on local race support activities.

We focus on selling the best running shoes to help you reach your goals.  We have professional athletes training for performance and elderly walkers who just want to stroll around the block in comfort.

We carry Adidas, Asics, Brooks, K-Swiss, Mizuno, New Balance, Nike, Saucony, UnderArmour running shoes consistently, though shelf space constraints keeps us from bringing in all sizes and models.  We do carry from men's 7 to 17 and up to 4E widths.  We have trail shoes and the area's largest inventory of cross-country and track spikes.  We carry spikes all year around.

Apparel

The shop carries a variety of the best running apparel from Asics,  Brooks, CWX, Nike, Pearl Iszumi,  UnderArmour and Zoot.

Nutrition

We carry gels, bars, powders, wafers from a number of sports nutrition companies, including Accelerade, CeraSport, Cliff, Endurox, GU, Hammer, PowerBar,  We also have Succeed Caps, SaltStick, and Enduralytes.
